
Procure-to-Pay Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main administrator and subject matter expert for the organization's procure-to-pay platform.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of contract, item master, vendor, and pricing data across all centers by maintaining and optimizing these elements.
• Collaborate with GPOs, distributors, and internal stakeholders to manage updates in pricing, contract modifications, and purchasing workflows.
• Oversee procure-to-pay processes and seek opportunities to enhance efficiency, minimize manual effort, and improve data quality.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to purchasing, pricing, and system operations.
• Create and uphold standard operating procedures, workflows, and process documentation to ensure consistency across the enterprise.
• Assist in the onboarding and integration of new centers into procure-to-pay systems and processes.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and analyses that offer insights into purchasing activities, supply costs, and process performance.
• Work alongside Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and center teams to enhance procurement effectiveness and manage costs.
• Offer training, support, and guidance to users throughout the organization regarding procure-to-pay processes and system functionalities.
• Over 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain administration, materials management, or a related healthcare operations position.
• Experience in a healthcare provider organization, ambulatory surgery center, hospital, or healthcare services setting.
• Background in supporting or administering electronic procurement or procure-to-pay systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of purchasing workflows, item master management, pricing administration, and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and data management with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Competence in communicating effectively with operational, clinical, financial, and vendor stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and advance initiatives in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
