This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act in a client-facing capacity, providing an outstanding customer experience while consistently adhering to important deadlines.

• Oversee loan pipelines with transparent and proactive communication regarding loan status and forthcoming steps.

• Address pipeline requirements across various regions as business needs shift.

• Precisely gather, assess, and validate loan application documents.

• Guarantee timely and compliant packaging, processing, and submission of loans to underwriting.

• Handle a diverse range of loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond programs.

• Collaborate with a high-performing team to navigate intricate loan scenarios and cater to diverse borrower requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond mortgage products.

• Comprehensive understanding of automated underwriting systems (AUS) and product guidelines.

• Proficient in Encompass (or similar systems) and Microsoft Office applications.

• Capability to excel in a dynamic, performance-oriented sales environment.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry.

• Detail-oriented with a positive demeanor and a robust work ethic.

• Proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage.
