This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee individual pipelines and assess anticipated monthly closing production.

• Ensure timely review and submission of all documentation required for underwriting in the correct format.

• Follow up on all essential services that have been ordered.

• Engage with clients as needed to acquire documents or address processing-related inquiries.

• Keep abreast of agency guidelines, internal underwriting and processing protocols, and company policies.

• Provide assistance to various departments concerning closing, post-closing, or funding challenges.

• Conduct timely reviews and submit all TRID Changed Circumstance requests to guarantee compliance with re-disclosure submissions.

• Stay informed about all relevant compliance regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Mortgage Processing is required.

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.

• Complete all assigned training promptly.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Familiarity with the mortgage industry and mortgage documentation.

• Capacity to understand and keep up with mortgage guidelines and regulations.

• Ability to follow directives effectively.

• Knowledge of the real estate market.

• Capability to work under deadlines and manage pressure effectively.
