This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Onboard and train both new and existing team members in departmental processes and applications.
• Suggest enhancements to workflows, quality, documentation, and overall processes.
• Assist in processing team initiatives while fostering innovation and ongoing improvement.
• Keep documentation, scalable playbooks, and standard operating procedures up to date.
• Collaborate with project managers, review teams, and technical stakeholders regarding deadlines, project objectives, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Implement data processing workflows utilizing Nuix, RelativityOne, and various commercial and proprietary tools.
• Aid in inventory management, discovery, automated processing, publishing, exception remediation, document promotion, quality control, data investigation, and basic hosting tasks.
• Set up and manage RelativityOne workspaces, including permissions, views, layouts, folder structures, and workspace security.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for internal technology and data investigation issues.
• Utilize Lighthouse proprietary tools and features of RelativityOne, such as Integration Points, Staging Explorer, Import/Export, and Automated Workflows.
• Balance workload while ensuring quality, urgency, and adherence to client commitments.
• Leverage EDRM knowledge to facilitate defensible processing workflows.
• Estimate processing timelines and communicate any risks, dependencies, and changes in delivery.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Required: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A combination of at least two of the following: education, experience, and/or certifications.
• 4–6 years of experience in data processing within an eDiscovery environment or similar technical roles.
• Relevant industry certifications or equivalent professional experience are preferred.
• Proficient understanding of litigation support and eDiscovery applications, including Nuix, Relativity, Concordance, IPRO eCapture, Equivio, LAW, Clearwell, Summation, Brainspace, or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with automated processing workflows, quality control procedures, basic hosting tasks, and the various stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Experience in working with databases is essential.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Knowledge of computer forensics with experience in EnCase and FTK is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Capability to manage competing deadlines in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
