Process Server, Partner Support and Performance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance, training, and education to process servers who are not meeting key performance metrics.

• Foster a positive and engaging experience for all underperforming process servers.

• Directly interact with process servers to provide coaching and constructive feedback.

• Address all inquiries from process servers and help eliminate obstacles.

• Ensure that process servers are aware of expectations and the timeline for necessary adjustments.

• Establish clear performance expectations for underperforming servers.

• Review assigned reports daily and proactively reach out to disengaged servers to uncover and address the reasons for delays in job attempts.

• Hold servers accountable to significantly influence performance outcomes.

• Monitor and report all obstacles to the leadership team.

• Collaborate closely with the recruiting department when additional staff coverage is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in training and/or coaching roles.

• Proficient in navigating and working independently within the Skye platform.

• Comfortable communicating effectively over the phone.

• Adaptable to technology and capable of navigating through new systems.

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Knowledge of legal process servers is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of analyzing processes and making improvement recommendations.
