Process Server

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute the delivery of legal documents

• Update details via PVLS Mobile and PSO Mobile

• Utilize proprietary mobile technology to capture GPS photos and document attempts

• Strive for five service attempts at different times throughout the day and on weekends

• Organize routes for optimal efficiency

• Ensure case attempts occur at least every 72 hours

• Daily scan and submit completed worksheets

• Collaborate with a liaison based in Florida

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a certification as a Process Server in Palm Beach County

• Currently registered as a Certified Process Server within the Judicial Circuit

• Strong commitment to integrity and precision

• Reliable transportation is essential

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and insurance

• Openness to work varied hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

• Proficiency in using mobile applications

• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner is required

• Residency in or around Palm Beach County is preferred

• Prior experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is advantageous
