Process Server

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver legal documents.

• Update information using the PVLS Mobile and PSO Mobile applications.

• Capture GPS photos and log attempts utilizing proprietary mobile technology.

• Perform five service attempts, which should include various times of the day and weekends.

• Plan routes for optimal efficiency.

• Ensure cases are attempted at least every 72 hours.

• Scan completed worksheets on a daily basis.

• Use your own vehicle and establish your own schedule within flexible guidelines.

• Collaborate with support from a liaison based in Florida.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold certification as a Process Server in Palm Beach County, Florida.

• Currently registered as a Certified Process Server within the Judicial Circuit.

• A strong commitment to honesty and accuracy is essential.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance are required.

• Willingness to work varied hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

• Familiarity with mobile applications, including proprietary software.

• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner is necessary.

• Preference for candidates residing in or near the specified county.

• Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is advantageous.
