Process Mining Consultant – Celonis, SAP Signavio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of process mining solutions.

• Evaluate process data to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.

• Convert business requirements into process analyses and actionable insights.

• Contribute to data preparation and modeling, based on the assigned project.

• Create process views, dashboards, and KPIs to aid business decision-making.

• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to confirm findings and suggest process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in process analytics, process optimization, or implementations of process mining.

• Familiarity with Celonis, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, or Multi-Process Mining (MPM) is highly advantageous; knowledge of all three is not mandatory.

• Capability to interpret process data and convert findings into actionable recommendations.

• Proficiency in collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Strong English communication skills appropriate for an international project setting.
