Process Intelligence Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establishes and nurtures business relationships while serving as the project leader to execute analytical initiatives.

• Performs analyses to derive data-driven insights and actionable strategies.

• Recognizes and oversees opportunities for product and process enhancements across the enterprise.

• Creates and presents operational dashboards utilizing Celonis or other process intelligence platforms.

• Works collaboratively with clients to pinpoint process inefficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Preferred experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, Minit, UiPath, Software AG, or comparable tools.

• Fundamental understanding of SQL.

• Experience in producing operational dashboards and/or analyses with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.

• Familiarity with process mapping tools including Visio, Blue Works Live, or comparable software.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative abilities.

• Strong skills in time management.
