This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Process Improvement, Project Manager is a vital position within the Operations team at KPI Solutions, enhancing visibility, consistency, and scalability in the company's delivery and operational processes.
• This role involves close collaboration with Scheduling, Project Management, and functional leaders to create dashboards, reports, and operational insights that provide transparency into project timelines and delivery performance.
• Develop and sustain operational dashboards and reports that offer visibility into project timelines, delivery effectiveness, resource utilization, and essential operational KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with the Scheduling team to ensure that project schedule data is accurate, standardized, and effectively utilized for operational insight and decision-making.
• Define, document, and standardize fundamental operational processes throughout the organization, including project planning, execution, handoffs, and escalation workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and risks in current operational workflows and propose scalable, practical enhancements.
• Design and implement operational tools, templates, and frameworks that promote consistent execution across various projects and teams.
• Assist leadership by converting operational data into actionable insights, trends, and recommendations.
• Establish and uphold operational governance standards, including metrics definitions, reporting schedules, and process ownership.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment by clarifying roles, responsibilities, and expectations among Operations, Delivery, Scheduling, and other functional teams.
• Support change management initiatives by promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and reporting standards across the organization.
• Continuously assess operational performance and lead ongoing improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, predictability, and scalability.
• Travel is required, up to 10–15%.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 – Office Applications.
• Strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 7–10 years of experience in operations, operational excellence, PMO, delivery operations, or consulting environments.
• A solid understanding of project delivery models, scheduling concepts, and operational workflows within a services or project-based organization.
• Proven experience in creating dashboards and operational reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet, or comparable platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement cross-functional processes that foster consistency and scalability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while handling multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Experience collaborating closely with project management, scheduling, and delivery teams.
