Process Analyst – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and document comprehensive end-to-end processes utilizing BPMN methodology (employing tools such as Bizagi), with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining data governance.

• Convert the documented processes into actionable recommendations for interactive digital solutions that promote swift adoption and high efficiency.

• Oversee process deliverables and timelines in a systematic manner, leveraging market methodologies (including agile frameworks like Scrum/Kanban and traditional practices based on PMBOK).

• Conduct organizational impact assessments (stakeholder mapping, change readiness analysis), crafting and implementing structured communication, engagement, and continuous training plans for affected teams.

• Facilitate workshops, collaborative sessions, interviews with technical and business leaders, and executive presentations, demonstrating independence and strong ownership.

• Ensure that enhancements and processes adhere to best practices for master data governance, data compliance, defining KPIs for operational efficiency and for the adoption/success of the implemented changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust professional experience in leading the mapping of complex processes (BPMN/Bizagi) and in the governance of systems, data, and business rules.

• Strong foundation in project management methodologies (both traditional and agile).

• Exceptional synthesis and communication abilities, capable of clearly translating technical IT documentation for business, compliance, and legal stakeholders.

• A very high level of ownership, proactivity, and autonomy to lead meetings and drive solutions without the need for constant supervision.
