• Upload and arrange files and documents within the SafetyDocs platform;
• Oversee deadlines and follow up on pending documentation with clients;
• Offer operational assistance to clients in navigating the platform;
• Provide foundational training on the SafetyDocs platform to users;
• Help clients in organizing and monitoring information in the system;
• Keep track of automatic alerts and notifications from the platform;
• Confirm basic registration details (CNPJ, address, and dates);
• Report operational discrepancies to the internal team;
• Assist in the department's operational tasks related to client service;
• Engage in operational requests and department projects as needed.
• Fundamental Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with software systems;
• Highly organized and attentive to detail;
• Proactive with a strong sense of accountability;
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities;
• Customer service orientation with an empathetic and solution-driven mindset;
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment across various departments;
• Understanding of document management, facilities, real estate legalization/regularization, and intermediate or fluent English proficiency.
