Process Analyst – Business Process Excellence, Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the impactful mapping and enhancement of cross-functional workflows throughout the ecosystem.

• Lead comprehensive process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization efforts.

• Conduct process workshops involving business stakeholders.

• Champion Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in the enhancement of Salesforce and other enterprise applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in business process management, business analysis, or operational transformation are required.

• Proficiency in Visio, Lucidchart, or comparable Business Process Management (BPM) tools.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis is necessary.
