• Develop and uphold procedural best practices.
• Design training materials and technical documentation for customers and field personnel.
• Create, scale, and support interactive product demonstrations.
• Additional Responsibilities: Contribute to Calyxo’s culture of collaboration, respect, transparency, ethics, efficiency, high achievement, and enjoyment. Undertake other duties as assigned.
• Reporting To: Director of Product Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Professional/Medical Education, Product Management, clinical specialist roles, sales training, or R&D; with a minimum of 7 years in the medical device sector.
• Preferred experience with innovative Class II or Class III medical devices.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, capable of tackling complex and ambiguous challenges.
• Ownership mindset with the capability to advance projects in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Self-driven, possessing excellent project and time management skills, along with a passion for learning and making an impact.
• Proven communication skills across various levels within the organization and with external partners.
• Demonstrated field-focused approach through travel with sales representatives, involvement in workshops, and engagement with customers.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Compliance with relevant county, state, and federal vaccination requirements.
• A competitive base salary ranging from $145,000 to $160,000 along with a variable incentive plan.
