This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Delivers comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients.
• Ensures the safe, effective, and cost-efficient use of medications through drug therapy.
• Actively engages in performance improvement initiatives within the organization and department.
• Contributes to the multidisciplinary team by regularly attending patient care rounds.
• Involved in medication reconciliation during admission, transfer, and/or discharge processes.
• Shares pharmaceutical knowledge by organizing and delivering educational presentations or in-services for both pharmacy and non-pharmacy personnel.
• Aids pharmacy residency programs, clerks, and interns by guiding structured rotations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in accordance with the State Board of Pharmacy at the primary practice location.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), as needed.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and/or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, if required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Educational programs.
