This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Senior-level professional with expertise in Private Networks processes and concepts. Engage in provisioning flows within the Mobile Network (including aggregation network, Nominal Plan, RF, UPF, APN, SmartPlan).
• Collaborate with Mobile teams and serve as a knowledge facilitator both within and outside the team. Lead forums to clarify requirements and design comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
• Collect requirements for new initiatives within the Private Networks product family, mapping out workflows and identifying affected systems.
• Develop use cases and conduct system tests (UAT).
• Work in partnership with other teams to foster a shared understanding and promote the successful delivery of products and services.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in Private Networks processes and products. Must be self-sufficient in conducting discovery activities and sharing acquired knowledge.
• Capability to negotiate workflows between different areas, ensuring alignment of systems and processes. Strong communication, argumentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Analytical mindset with a process-oriented outlook.
• Desirable: experience with service provisioning automation and integration with orchestration systems.
• Desirable: proficiency in English.
• Desirable: familiarity with the network vendor and integrator ecosystem (Nokia, Ericsson, ZTE, Huawei, AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Required: knowledge of BPMN.
