This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Project with an operator focused on delivering support services and advancing private network solutions, involving process work and integrations.
• Engage in Provisioning Flows within the Mobile Network (Aggregation Network, Nominal Plan, RF, UPF, APN, SmartPlan).
• Collaborate with Mobile teams and serve as a knowledge source both internally and externally.
• Facilitate forums to identify requirements and design comprehensive solutions.
• Gather requirements for new initiatives within the Private Networks Product Family, mapping flows and identifying affected systems.
• Develop use cases and conduct system testing (UAT).
• Work in partnership with other teams to foster a shared understanding and ensure the successful delivery of products/services.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Private Networks products and processes, aiding in the clarification of requirements and providing insights to support decisions on flows that enhance the final product and reduce production errors.
• Capability to negotiate flows across different areas, aligning systems and processes effectively.
• Excellent communication, argumentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented approach.
• Desirable: knowledge in service provisioning automation and integration with orchestration systems.
• Desirable: familiarity with the ecosystem of network vendors and integrators (Nokia, Ericsson, ZTE, Huawei, AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Proficiency in BPMN is required.
