📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze investment-related documents, which include financial models, market assessments, and transaction paperwork.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of top-notch financial and investment content.

• Utilize private equity methodologies to assess business opportunities and investment situations.

• Offer organized feedback to enhance analytical precision and clarity.

• Aid in tasks connected to due diligence, insights on deal sourcing, and investment summaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in private equity, ideally with a prestigious firm.

• Strong expertise in at least one of the following domains:

• - Financial modeling.

• - Market sizing / Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis.

• - Investment memos and analytical summaries.

• - Creation of Confidential Information Memoranda (CIM) and due diligence.

• - Review of NDA/legal documents.

• - Development of deal sourcing and pipeline.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
