This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Perform surveillance on Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance claims.
• Travel to various locations for investigations by driving, walking, or utilizing public transportation.
• Maintain visual concentration during surveillance tasks for extended durations.
• Navigate through urban, rural, and indoor settings.
• Analyze and interpret detailed reports and police documents.
• Compose thorough surveillance reports adhering to Company Standards.
• Review video footage to accurately prepare reports.
• Covertly document subjects without detection.
• Search for, locate, and effectively use social media throughout the investigation process.
• Respond promptly and demonstrate sound judgment during surveillance situations.
• Employ pretexting and innovative investigative strategies as necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old, unless dictated otherwise by State Licensure Laws.
• An associate degree or equivalent field experience is preferred.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must possess a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to obtain investigator licensing in your home state.
• Ability to remain seated in a vehicle or other stationary position for up to 12 hours daily.
• Capability to travel to various investigation sites.
• Proficient in reviewing and analyzing comprehensive reports and police documents.
• Ability to write detailed surveillance reports in accordance with Company Standards.
• Proficient in reviewing video footage for report preparation.
• Ability to covertly document subjects without being noticed.
• Proficient in searching for, locating, and utilizing social media.
• Ability to respond quickly and exercise sound judgment.
• Knowledge of pretexting is preferred.
