This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Perform surveillance on Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance claims.
• Engage in extended periods of stationary observation in a vehicle or similar settings, potentially lasting up to 12 hours each day.
• Travel to various locations for investigations, which may require driving, walking, or utilizing public transit.
• Maintain visual concentration throughout surveillance activities, often for prolonged durations.
• Navigate diverse environments, encompassing urban, rural, and indoor areas.
• Analyze and interpret detailed reports, including Police reports.
• Compose comprehensive surveillance reports in accordance with Company Standards.
• Review video footage to assist in the formulation of reports.
• Discreetly document a Subject without detection.
• Search for, locate, and leverage Social Media during the investigative process.
• React promptly and exercise sound judgment in various scenarios that may occur during surveillance.
• Employ creative thinking skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old, unless otherwise specified by State Licensure Laws.
• An Associate degree or relevant field experience is preferred.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to acquire investigator licensing in your home state.
• Familiarity with pretexting is advantageous.
