This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Perform surveillance on Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance claims.
β’ Engage in extended periods of sitting in a vehicle or other stationary positions during surveillance, lasting up to 12 hours a day.
β’ Possess the ability to travel to various locations for investigations, which may include driving, walking, or utilizing public transportation.
β’ Maintain visual concentration throughout surveillance activities, often for prolonged durations.
β’ Navigate diverse environments, encompassing urban, rural, and indoor settings.
β’ Analyze and interpret comprehensive reports, including police documentation.
β’ Prepare detailed surveillance reports in accordance with company standards.
β’ Review video footage to effectively compile reports.
β’ Covertly document a subject without detection.
β’ Research, identify, and leverage social media during the investigative process.
β’ Respond promptly and exercise sound judgment in situations that may arise during surveillance.
β’ Knowledge of pretexting is advantageous.
β’ Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and outside conventional frameworks.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old, unless otherwise specified by state licensure laws.
β’ An associate degree or equivalent field experience is preferred.
β’ Must possess a clean driving record.
β’ Willingness to obtain investigator licensing in your home state is required.
