This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main relationship manager for a portfolio of private foundations.
• Address client inquiries with diligence, clarity, and precision through email, phone, and video communications.
• Provide pertinent insights and updates to proactively facilitate client success and foster long-term engagement.
• Support client retention objectives by consistently offering high-value, reliable service.
• Collaborate with sales and relationship teams when necessary, sharing insights and technical knowledge during prospect meetings.
• Oversee administrative and compliance processes, ensuring that each foundation adheres to its legal and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate efforts among departments—grantmaking, tax, legal, and technology—ensuring clients receive cohesive and integrated support.
• Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, timelines, and process integrity in all client-related activities.
• Lead the onboarding process for new foundations, customizing our technology platform (Impactfully) and services to align with each client’s requirements.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on private foundation regulations, operational best practices, and our growing array of solutions.
• Assist clients in navigating changes and identifying growth opportunities with thoughtful and informed recommendations.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge in philanthropy, nonprofit compliance, and Foundation Source tools and services.
• Identify potential opportunities for enhancing internal processes and client services.
• Engage constructively with internal teams to ensure our systems evolve in ways that better serve clients—without compromising precision.
• 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing, administrative, or compliance support role—preferably within philanthropy, financial services, or a family office.
• Experience in a high-accountability, professional services environment is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A systematic, service-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a professional and composed demeanor.
• An innate curiosity and a commitment to developing subject-matter expertise in philanthropy, compliance, and operations.
• Comfort with structure, deadlines, and multitasking across a portfolio of clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the capability to learn internal platforms and client tools.
• High integrity and a profound respect for confidentiality in client interactions.
• Dedicated Workspace: Must have a home office or workspace that is free of distractions and interruptions to ensure productivity and focus during work hours.
• Reliable Internet Connection: High-speed internet is required to support video conferencing, file sharing, and other work-related technology needs.
