This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
β’ Accountable for handling inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and prescribers.
β’ Tasked with reaching out to physicians to gather essential information.
β’ Responsible for overseeing the assigned workflow queues effectively.
β’ Ensures precise and comprehensive documentation of information and the setup of prescription orders.
β’ The Employee will adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations while upholding the highest ethical standards that we consistently aim to achieve.
β’ High school diploma or GED is required.
β’ Some college education is preferred.
β’ A CPhT Preferred Pharmacy Technician license or a Pharmacy Technician Trainee license is highly desired in states requiring licensure.
β’ A minimum of two years of experience in pharmacy support or a healthcare environment is preferred.
β’ Must be available to work scheduled hours, with shifts subject to change based on departmental needs.
