Principal/Lead Dynamics 365 F&SCM Consultant – Finance

📋 Description

• Become a part of Telefónica Tech on a contractual basis and contribute significantly to impactful digital transformation initiatives.

• In the role of Principal Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant, you will spearhead the design and implementation of large-scale D365 Finance solutions, collaborating closely with clients to create tangible business value.

• This position is hands-on and focused on delivery, making it ideal for seasoned consultants who excel in dynamic environments and can work independently while influencing senior stakeholders.

• Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and define financial processes.

• Configure D365 Finance to cater to business and functional requirements.

• Assist in data migration, system integration, and full lifecycle testing.

• Design and validate customizations that align with business needs.

• Conduct workshops, solution design meetings, and client communications.

• Provide user training and support for adoption across business teams.

• Offer leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior consultants.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to guarantee successful project delivery and readiness for go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in executing full lifecycle D365 Finance implementations, leading projects within scope, budget, and quality benchmarks.

• Comprehensive knowledge of D365 Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Management & Accounting).

• Strong experience working alongside finance teams.

• Proficient in gathering integration and reporting requirements, converting them into technical designs.

• Comfortable leading workshops, knowledge transfer, and training sessions both in-person and remotely.

• Familiarity with business intelligence and AI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Copilot is highly beneficial.

• Experience in leading high-performing teams, providing direction and mentorship.
