This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the win strategy for Web Solutions engagements.
• Craft the narrative OHO presents and engage clients directly.
• Lead the strategy for pitches and proposals related to Web Solutions.
• Identify and understand client pain points and objectives.
• Develop proposals and presentation materials.
• Involve subject-matter experts and delivery leaders when specialized insights are required.
• Present audits and provide strategic recommendations.
• Articulate OHO’s approach and the underlying methodology of its work.
• Define Web Solutions initiatives from initial conversations with potential clients to high-level delivery participation.
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Web Solutions teams on proposals and pitches.
• Provide advice to clients regarding higher-education websites and digital ecosystems.
• Address complex technical and strategic inquiries.
• Assist in the transition to delivery following project acquisition.
• Engage in key delivery milestones.
• Recognize significant strategic misalignments or risks.
• Contribute to the evolution of OHO’s Web Solutions practice, offerings, positioning, and case studies.
• Collect market insights and discern buyer behaviors.
• Contribute to OHO's thought leadership through speaking engagements, webinars, articles, and similar activities.
• 7–10+ years of experience in digital strategy, web strategy, consulting, or agency settings.
• Proven experience in leading or managing the delivery of digital projects in an agency or higher-education context.
• Comprehension of how UX, content strategy, design, and development integrate.
• Experience in higher education is highly preferred; equivalent experience in healthcare, government, or financial services is also welcomed.
• Proficiency in content-heavy website strategy, covering UX, content strategy, CMS platforms, accessibility, governance, SEO, and project delivery methodologies.
• Executive presence and the ability to tell strategic stories effectively.
• Experience in leading high-stakes pitches and influencing business development results.
• Background in shaping, developing, or managing service offerings or productized solutions.
• Capability to balance pre-sale strategy leadership with significant delivery involvement.
• Skill in navigating ambiguity and collaborating with sales, strategy, and delivery teams.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities regarding scope, approach, and strategic choices.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and pinpoint core issues.
• Competence in rallying teams and generating momentum around a shared vision.
• Profound technological knowledge across diverse digital ecosystems, including complex technical solutions and integrations.
• Established or developing thought leadership and credibility in higher education or digital strategy.
• Willingness to travel nationally 2–4 times annually.
