This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead and mentor the creative team, promoting a culture that is collaborative, optimistic, and proactive.
• Inspire both internal teams and clients with innovative and insightful creative ideas.
• Establish and execute design strategies while setting visual and conceptual standards across various platforms, including websites, branding, UX, and content.
• Create strategic insights and mood boards to encourage creative innovation.
• Oversee complex digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables surpass client expectations while staying within budget and timelines.
• Define project direction, develop guidelines, and provide assistance with production as required.
• Identify key decision-makers within client organizations and cultivate and sustain client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Contribute to the design discipline through mentoring, discussions, and suggestions for process enhancements.
• Implement the overall creative and design strategy in alignment with the organization’s short- and long-term objectives.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in design and interactive work with prominent brands.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in Figma, including components, variants, and auto layout features.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Suite, and Slack.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, and brand development.
• Experience in developing and maintaining a comprehensive design system.
• Capable of providing strategic vision and creative inspiration to large and diverse teams.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in conveying complex information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at navigating complex organizational structures.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills and process efficiency capabilities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required, as DEPT® participates in E-Verify.
