Principal Technologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Lead the initiative of the "Agentic Story" in Japan: Collaborate with exceptional, like-minded professionals to create and refine technical assets.

• Drive Technical Success: Manage the technical strategy for essential engagements, steering intricate opportunities from initial discovery to architectural design.

• Field Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Speak at prominent industry events, conduct workshops, and support sales engineering teams.

• Strategic Partner Enablement: Develop and implement extensive enablement programs for local partners.

• Influence the Future: Offer insights to Product Management and executive leadership to shape the product roadmap.

• Masterful Solution Design: Act as a trusted advisor to create secure, innovative identity architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Business-Level Japanese Fluency: Native or equivalent proficiency in Japanese.

• Hands-on Agentic AI Proficiency: Extensive, practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.

• Cloud AI Platform Expertise: Proven experience working with leading cloud AI platforms like AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI.

• Identity & Access Management (IAM) Foundations: Strong and comprehensive understanding of IGA/IAM principles, including Just-in-Time (JIT) access, least privilege, and lifecycle management.

• Non-Human Identity Expertise: Knowledge of securing service accounts, API keys, and machine identities (e.g., SPIFFE/SPIRE, workload identity).

• Advanced Development/Scripting Skills: High proficiency in Python (preferably for AI/ML applications) and/or Java/JavaScript, with the capability to create custom demo integrations and automation scripts for POCs.

• Strategic & Technical Communication: A unique ability to convey "the why" to a CISO and "the value" to a CDO, while also being capable of detailing "the how" to a Lead Architect or developer.
