Principal Technical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to visit clients and contribute to revenue generation through the following tasks.

• Gather feedback on field evaluations of prototypes and relay this information to R&D.

• Collect information regarding filtration, separation, and purification needs, and provide feedback to MKG.

• Address technical complaints related to current filter products, lead root cause analysis (defective product analysis), and communicate findings to QA.

• Receive analysis requests regarding filters from clients, develop testing plans, interpret results, prepare reports, and present findings to clients.

• Provide education on filtration, separation, and purification to clients through seminars and product introductions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a chemistry-related field or higher.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry is required.

• Knowledge of Wet Etch / Lithography is essential.

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Native-level Japanese proficiency and the ability to communicate in English.

• Strong problem-solving skills through logical thinking.
