This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in engagement initiatives focused on defining, re-engineering, enhancing, and analyzing current and future-state processes during workshops with key sponsors and stakeholders, maintaining a 75% billable capacity.
• Provide guidance to clients on leveraging ServiceNow to enhance their business operations.
• Support clients in completing necessary documentation, such as business requirement workbooks related to the technical facets of the solution.
• Create user stories along with their acceptance criteria, develop a testing strategy, and facilitate knowledge transfer while aiding clients in their review and approval processes.
• Offer guidance and provide ad-hoc training for the customer’s future system administrators throughout the engagement.
• Oversee the technical aspects of project and solution delivery for engagements, occasionally supervising and conducting unit testing of partner development resources.
• Deliver technical expertise on how to effectively support ServiceNow best practices, emphasizing configuration over customization.
• Exhibit deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, guiding the project team in best practices for scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Prepare deliverables for clients that focus on technology and ensure the quality of configured or developed solutions.
• Manage multiple complex projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Advocate for continuous improvement practices in delivery and engagement materials.
• Assist with specific sales activities as needed.
• Offer training and mentorship to other members of the Crossfuze Delivery team upon request.
• Maintain a target of 75% billable utilization.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow.
• At least 4 years of experience with common web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.).
• Capability to work remotely and collaborate with remote resources as necessary.
• Ability to comprehend and implement intricate end-user requirements.
• Proficiency in organizing work across multiple projects effectively.
• Strong grasp of ITIL methodologies, IT architecture, JavaScript, and web software design principles.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Competence in prioritizing, managing, and refining the project backlog to ensure stories are well-defined and ready for development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• A thorough understanding of at least four product lines' principles and best practices, with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions that fulfill customer needs and industry standards.
