This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a strategic roadmap for talent acquisition technology.
• Enhance current recruiting platforms and assess new AI-driven tools for sourcing, talent intelligence, interviews, assessments, and candidate experiences.
• Collaborate with TA leadership to determine technologies that align with workforce strategies and hiring goals.
• Perform competitive analysis and vendor assessments, evaluating ROI, integrations, compliance, privacy, and user adoption.
• Direct proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot projects, recommending enterprise-wide adoption.
• Act as the functional owner and primary administrator of the enterprise ATS and Talent Acquisition tools.
• Oversee configurations, security measures, user roles, access controls, workflows, templates, integrations, and enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships, service delivery, escalations, CSM engagement, contracts, renewals, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with HRIS and IS teams on integrations, APIs, data synchronization, SSO, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and release management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting, data governance, audit trails, candidate privacy, and operational requirements.
• Take responsibility for I-9 verification compliance and lead background-check auditing programs.
• Partner with Legal on FCRA, EEOC, fair hiring, GDPR, CCPA, and ATS audit-trail governance.
• Create enablement programs, training materials, documentation, user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and operational runbooks.
• Spearhead ATS integration strategies and complex system integration projects.
• Establish standards for recruiting data governance and data quality.
• Enhance recruiting workflows, processes, productivity, candidate experiences, and quality-of-hire outcomes.
• Design recruiting dashboards, scorecards, business intelligence solutions, and workforce planning insights.
• Lead change management and adoption initiatives for ATS enhancements, new technologies, and process improvements.
• Mentor recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and stakeholders on systems and best practices.
• Provide strategic advice to TA leadership and work collaboratively with HR, IT/HRIS, Legal, and Finance leadership on enterprise priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, ATS Administration, Recruiting Operations, or related areas.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise ATS platform administration and configuration, such as iCIMS, Workable, or similar ATS platforms.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, HackerRank, and I9 Platform.
• Practical experience with background check vendor platforms and Honeit.
• Skilled in custom configuration, workflow design, user management, and vendor administration.
• Extensive knowledge of ATS implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, configuration management, system testing, data migration, and go-live coordination.
• Experience in managing I-9 verification compliance programs, background-check auditing, and recruiting compliance governance.
• Proficient in system integrations, including API configuration, data mapping, and multi-system orchestration.
• Experienced in managing Talent Acquisition technology vendors, CSM engagement, and contract negotiations.
• Capable of developing recruiting metrics dashboards, analytics, and operational reports.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is preferred.
• Extensive experience in leading process improvement initiatives and technology implementations in complex enterprise settings.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Global talent acquisition operations experience is preferred.
• Experience in evaluating, piloting, and implementing innovative talent acquisition technologies is preferred.
• Expertise in recruitment marketing technology, employer branding platforms, or CRM systems is preferred.
• Experience with workforce analytics and talent analytics platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Fair Hiring Act, FCRA, EEOC compliance, and GDPR/CCPA data privacy regulations is preferred.
• Experience in supporting executive recruiting, leadership development, and talent pipeline initiatives is preferred.
• SQL and database query experience is preferred.
