This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide daily leadership and guidance to engineers and resources assigned to PureCloud accounts.
• Support management of team utilization while consistently exploring innovative methods to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Evaluate client requirements and offer configuration suggestions.
• Deliver client support for identified issues, concerns, or enhancements based on client inquiries, system alerts, or notifications from vendors and/or manufacturers.
• Analyze reported issues through root cause analysis.
• Genesys Cloud Certification is required.
• In-depth understanding of the Genesys Cloud solution along with troubleshooting expertise.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud technical support.
• Proven experience in leading a team of technical support professionals.
• Extensive knowledge of computer networks, integrations, and Windows Operating Systems.
