This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Create and execute software and infrastructure solutions that facilitate scalable and secure AI applications throughout RTX.
• Develop cloud-agnostic software compatible with AWS, Azure, and on-premises Kubernetes clusters.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to merge solutions and guarantee successful implementation.
• Construct internal SDKs, APIs, and microservices that support AI workflows across hybrid environments.
• Produce clean, testable, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Integrate platform tools with identity management, logging, and governance systems.
• Engage in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with remote teams in a highly regulated and security-conscious setting.
• A university degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Python and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• More than 5 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Experience in developing and maintaining reusable Helm charts, manifests, and deployment templates.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and delivery.
• Capability to implement GitOps practices using Argo CD.
• Understanding of AI/ML tools, data management, agent, and API management platforms.
• Additional programming experience with Node.js or Go is preferred.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and AIOps strategies is preferred.
• Best practices in containerization and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate ambiguity, define technical direction, and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Proven deep technical curiosity and initiative.
