This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct in-depth customer discovery to evaluate challenges, business objectives, and technical specifications, revealing opportunities for cross-product and solution growth that align with Atlassian’s offerings.
• Provide customized and engaging product demonstrations that address customer concerns, link technical capabilities to business requirements, and employ storytelling methods to resonate with the customer’s vision of success.
• Create proof-of-concept environments and facilitate interactive workshops to highlight product features, workflows, and hands-on solutions that meet customer objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, account managers, and product stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives, identify growth prospects, and ensure effective communication and alignment with customer goals.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of competitors’ offerings to effectively communicate Atlassian’s unique advantages in competitive situations.
• Demonstrated experience in sales engineering, particularly with large strategic accounts.
• Proficient in communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders at various organizational levels, including significant interaction with executive leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills in oral, written, and presentation formats, along with a talent for cultivating authentic and enduring relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
