📋 Description

• Facilitate alignment between business requirements and technology by evaluating intricate technical specifications and converting them into scalable, integrated solution designs that adhere to enterprise architecture standards.

• Spearhead the design and implementation of effective data migration strategies that uphold performance, guarantee data integrity, and minimize operational interruptions.

• Enhance business processes by advocating for increased utilization of standard application functionalities, simplifying complexity, and boosting overall capabilities.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive technical designs and solution architectures for intricate systems and integrations that address critical business and user requirements.

• Supervise the entire development lifecycle—including design, configuration, testing, and maintenance—to ensure the dependable and efficient delivery of essential solutions.

• Perform extensive evaluations of solution alternatives by analyzing scalability, integration complexity, technical compatibility, and total cost of ownership for both COTS and custom-built solutions.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration by working with architects, process owners, engineering teams, vendors, and infrastructure groups to confirm requirements, clarify designs, and resolve system performance issues.

• Enhance team capabilities and solution quality by mentoring team members, engaging in design and cybersecurity reviews, and ensuring compliance with coding standards, governance requirements, and enterprise guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of practical experience with Atlassian Cloud products in medium to large environments (1000+ users).

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to resolve complex business challenges.

• High proficiency in Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations.

• Familiarity with scripting and automation through Jira Automation, REST APIs, or similar tools (e.g., proficiency in Python, PowerShell).

• Atlassian Certifications (e.g., ACP-120, ACP-620, or ACP-420).

• Experience with Agile and ITSM methodologies.

• Understanding of Atlassian Guard and cloud security concepts.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

• Experience with Atlassian Analytics.

• Experience with Atlassian JSM Assets.

• Experience consolidating Atlassian organizations and their associated sites.

• Familiarity with Azure.
