This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and take full responsibility for creating functionally and technically robust solutions to intricate business challenges in travel technology, facilitating the industry's shift from outdated PSS frameworks to dynamic, AI-powered retailing and Offer-Order ecosystems.
• Engage with both internal and external customers in discussions focused on business, strategy, and ROI to comprehend how we can provide value.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, consulting, and commercial teams to craft effective solutions that resonate with our clientele.
• Interact with key customer business and technology specialists to grasp core business requirements, current technologies in use, and explain how Sabre’s capabilities can meet those needs.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the complete functional value of the Sabre suite of products and their integration with other systems.
• Actively engage in and lead initiatives for process improvement, specifically tasked with promoting and implementing AI growth and innovation while embracing new industry technology standards.
• Participate in the evaluation and response to complex sales opportunities and RFPs.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in travel technology, preferably with Sabre products.
• Focus areas: PSS, Offer-Order, Agentic AI, NDC, E-commerce, Payments, Loyalty, APIs, and retail intelligence.
• Demonstrated success in executing complex projects and enhancing product capabilities, alongside implementing process improvements utilizing AI tools.
• A strong functional and technical background is often necessary to balance competing interests.
• A keen curiosity to explore new areas and quickly gain proficiency.
• Experience in designing and documenting intricate solutions across various touchpoints.
• Ability to present a compelling technological solution to a business need.
• A sense of ownership regarding individual and team goals, accompanied by both tactical and strategic thinking to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Capable of working independently and creatively resolving professional, technical, or operational project challenges in a systematic manner.
• Comfortable collaborating in a team-oriented, highly interactive virtual environment that spans geographical locations.
• Proficient in navigating a multi-stakeholder environment with often conflicting priorities, goals, and challenges across a diverse set of internal and external customers and partners.
• Excellent self-management skills, with the ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must possess outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present or demonstrate technology to large groups at all organizational levels.
