Principal Software Engineer, RUST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing key product features

• Create systems by establishing intent, constraints, and architecture for each feature

• Leverage AI agents and automation systems to refine features

• Take ownership of the delivery process from concept to production and customer impact

• Work across various workstreams to deliver multiple features simultaneously

• Utilize customer insights to improve system design, usability, and reliability

• Manage and coordinate several AI agents to ensure efficient execution of tasks

• Confirm the correctness of generated code and system performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent

• Proven software development expertise in at least one systems development language, such as Rust or Go

• Experience integrating AI into your workflow

• Familiarity with either Windows or Linux operating systems

• Desired experience in Bash or PowerShell

• Experience in building and managing high-performance systems

• Operations experience as a developer or as part of an operations team

• Familiarity with modern technology stacks
