Principal Software Engineer – OMNI Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Serves as the portfolio-level problem solver for OMNI, concentrating on the application of AI across engineering teams.

• Takes ownership of developing the most intricate existing and new software.

• Facilitates a collaborative solution design process.

• Offers subject matter expertise and guidance on complex or innovative technical advancements.

• Manages the complete roadmap for portfolio-level capabilities.

• Contributes to overseeing a portfolio of programs.

• Gathers complex functional requirements and articulates them in terms of target user roles and objectives.

• Leads the design and implementation of robust architectural solutions.

• Directs the detection and analysis of cybersecurity incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent level of education is preferred.

• 6 to 10 years of overall experience.

• 7 to 12 months of managerial experience.

• Technical expertise in AI, including: Spec-first development, Multi-agent orchestration, Knowledge-centric architecture, LLMOps discipline, Build Layer, Execution Layer, and Platform Layer technologies.

• Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript and React.js.

• Experience in API engineering and event messaging.

• Familiarity with various cache and database technologies (Postgres, Redis, Azure SQL, Cosmos).

• Knowledge of Unit Testing and Test Coverage technologies.

• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies.

• Keen interest in exploring alternative web technologies.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
