Principal Software Engineer, Healthcare AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and expand AI-driven healthcare platforms and distributed systems.

• Create and enhance agent-based architectures and orchestration systems.

• Build a secure healthcare data framework and facilitate enterprise integrations.

• Engage with systems that utilize LLMs, AI agents, reinforcement learning, and contemporary AI technologies.

• Enhance system performance, reliability, scalability, and clinical precision.

• Work in close collaboration with founders and a highly skilled engineering team.

• Assume responsibility for technical decisions from architecture to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing complex production-grade software systems.

• Proficient backend engineering skills, preferably with Python.

• Experience in designing scalable distributed systems.

• Capability to convert vague business requirements into strong technical solutions.

• Solid software architecture and systems design abilities.

• Background in startup, scale-up, or fast-growing environments.

• Comfortable working autonomously with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
