Principal Software Engineer – Healthcare AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Design and expand AI-driven healthcare platforms and distributed systems.

• Construct and enhance agent-based architectures and orchestration systems.

• Create secure healthcare data infrastructure and facilitate enterprise integrations.

• Engage with systems that utilize LLMs, AI agents, reinforcement learning, and cutting-edge AI technologies.

• Enhance system performance, reliability, scalability, and clinical precision.

• Collaborate closely with founders and a highly skilled engineering team.

• Assume responsibility for technical decisions from architecture through to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing complex production-grade software systems.

• Strong backend engineering skills, preferably with Python.

• Proficient in designing scalable distributed systems.

• Capability to convert vague business requirements into solid technical solutions.

• Robust skills in software architecture and systems design.

• Experience in startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments.

• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
