Principal Software Engineer – Healthcare AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance AI-driven healthcare platforms and distributed systems

• Develop and refine agent-based architectures and orchestration systems

• Build secure healthcare data infrastructures and facilitate enterprise integrations

• Engage with systems that utilize LLMs, AI agents, reinforcement learning, and cutting-edge AI technologies

• Enhance system performance, reliability, scalability, and clinical precision

• Collaborate closely with founders and a highly skilled engineering team

• Assume responsibility for technical decisions from architecture to deployment

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing complex, production-quality software systems

• Strong backend engineering skills, preferably with Python

• Experience in designing scalable distributed systems

• Capability to convert vague business requirements into solid technical solutions

• Proficient in software architecture and systems design

• Experience in startup, scale-up, or high-growth settings

• Ability to work autonomously with a high level of ownership and accountability
