Principal Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and develop solutions from the ground up, taking complete responsibility from concept to deployment.

• Build backend systems by utilizing and personalizing AI agents.

• Conduct independent research and spearhead development in new, uncertain areas, crafting innovative products where standards are still being established.

• Serve as a technical leader and key decision-maker, responsible for critical architectural and design decisions.

• Work closely with security researchers, data scientists, and product managers to transform ideas into production-ready solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in backend software engineering.

• More than 3 years in a hands-on technical leadership position (Principal / Tech Lead / Architect).

• Extensive experience building systems from scratch in a product-focused environment.

• Strong practical knowledge of a modern programming language (Go preferred; experience with Java or Python is also beneficial).

• A robust product mindset with the ability to relate technical decisions to business outcomes.

• Demonstrated capability to independently own and drive initiatives in uncertain settings.

• Experience in building or contributing to systems that incorporate AI/LLM-based functionalities into real-world applications.

• Practical experience using AI agents throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Comprehensive understanding of cloud environments and contemporary development practices (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
