This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the design, development, and upkeep of intricate software solutions.
• Offer technical expertise and direction to engineering teams.
• Maintain high standards of code quality through reviews, pull requests, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and resolve challenges.
• Drive enhancements in software design and development methodologies.
• Identify and tackle technical challenges and performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor fellow engineers, offering guidance and support for their growth.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance teams and engage in QA activities as needed.
• Participate in both internal and external product support as required.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the iterative development process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7-9 years of experience in software engineering or a related domain.
• Demonstrated thought leadership, advanced strategic and technical skills, and exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in designing scalable, high-performance systems and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Capacity to innovate at a high level, lead significant projects, and mentor senior team members.
• Skill in architecting complex solutions, aligning technical vision with business objectives, and spearheading technical strategy initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and future directions.
• Comprehensive understanding of architectural patterns, software frameworks, and system integration.
