This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Offer user assistance through phone, email, or support tickets generated within the company’s tools.
• Implement consultative solutions and aid in the analysis of problems.
• Guarantee the quality of provided services and the fulfillment of established service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Examine technical documentation and alternative information resources, while simulating and troubleshooting issues within the environment.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support for customers.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress (from the 3rd semester onward) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Fundamental understanding of databases.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and networking principles.
• Analytical and communicative profile, with a focus on problem resolution.
• Excellent customer service abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Competence in prioritizing and managing tasks independently.
• Basic understanding of programming logic.
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
• Familiarity with logistics systems (WMS).
• Experience in computer programming and a basic understanding of programming languages.
• Knowledge of operating systems and computer networks.
• Experience or understanding of supply chain management solutions.
• Familiarity with the Körber One platform and K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications.
