This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Assume responsibility for designing, implementing, and scaling the core backend systems and data pipelines of the platform.

• Oversee the complete development process for essential platform features, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and scalability standards.

• Establish the architecture and guidelines for identity management, security solutions, and third-party API integrations.

• Advocate for best practices in reliability engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code within the engineering team.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and data, to help shape the platform's future.

• Partner with a small team of seasoned engineers on full-stack development, influencing both backend systems and frontend technologies.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a software engineer, showcasing a successful track record of leading complex projects from start to finish.

• Proficient in system architecture, with experience in designing scalable and reliable software solutions.

• Strong backend skills (Node.js, Python, JavaScript, etc.), combined with expertise in modern cloud technologies (AWS or similar).

• Experience in creating secure systems, adhering to best practices for managing sensitive data and integrating identity verification.

• Capable of balancing strategic vision with practical execution.

• Proven experience in building and deploying scalable software.
