• Take ownership of the AI architecture across the product landscape at Planet Depos.

• Establish the agentic-first development approach for the team.

• Deliver agentic product surfaces into production.

• Specify the particular outcomes that the agent must achieve.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in deploying agentic systems that function in production, rather than just conversational models, with a focus on evaluation discipline.

• Principal-level expertise in AI architecture — including model selection, agent orchestration, RAG, structured output, and retrieval mechanisms.

• Experience working within compliance-sensitive domains such as legal, healthcare, finance, or regulated technology.
