Principal Site Contract Lead – Sponsor Dedicated

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and negotiate contracts for R&D sites.

• Act as the Lead Contract Manager.

• Ensure the timely execution of R&D site agreements.

• Manage various contract types, including confidentiality disclosure agreements.

• Educate internal project leaders about contracting issues and associated risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Oversee and manage all processes related to the development and negotiation of R&D site contracts.

• Provide guidance to study teams on country-specific aspects concerning site contracts.

• Prepare, distribute, negotiate, and drive the execution of site contracts.

• Alert the appropriate sponsor colleague when a substantial business risk is identified.

• Ensure that clinical contracts are negotiated in accordance with Fair Market Value standards.

• Identify potential risks and oversee the resolution of complex issues.

• Deliver status updates to relevant parties, both within the organization and externally.

• Assess changes and recognize business/legal risks connected to those changes.

• Participate in the drafting and/or revision of contract templates.

• Lead department-specific initiatives and projects at regional or global levels.

• Create backup and/or mitigation plans to proactively address potential risks.
