Principal SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO Consultant

📋 Description

• Oversee project delivery and serve as a senior point of contact for SAP Public Cloud Finance and Controlling engagements.

• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior client stakeholders, effectively translating business needs into optimal SAP Public Cloud solutions.

• Offer principal-level functional expertise in Finance and Controlling processes within the SAP Public Cloud framework.

• Guide, mentor, and assist in the professional growth of both senior and junior consultants in the Finance practice.

• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to project governance, risk management, and delivery quality across multiple simultaneous engagements.

• Assist in the scoping and planning of forthcoming H2 implementations to ensure successful project mobilization.

• Advocate for SAP best practices and continuous improvement within project teams.

• Travel as necessary to support client engagements across Australia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant consulting experience is crucial, with a proven history of delivering SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Public Cloud (S/4HANA Public Cloud) is required.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior stakeholders.

• Robust Finance & Controlling functional background, capable of operating at a principal or lead consultant level.

• Excellent engagement and communication skills with senior stakeholders, possessing the confidence to guide client decision-making.

• Proven experience in mentoring and enhancing the skills of both junior and senior consulting team members.

• Willingness to travel across Australia as needed to support client delivery.

• Experience in Product Costing is highly regarded.

• Manufacturing industry experience is highly regarded.

• Joint Venture accounting experience is highly regarded.
