Principal Regional Lead Specialist, Cardiac Rhythm Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical, clinical, educational, and sales assistance for Abbott's leadless technology.

• Educate healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, on leadless pacing techniques.

• Offer procedural support to ensure consistency and achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

• Assist in training initiatives for Abbott personnel.

• Keep abreast of clinical data related to leadless CRM products.

• Coordinate and execute programs aimed at market expansion and therapy accessibility.

• Provide market insights for training and expansion strategies.

• Collaborate with marketing teams on technology enhancements.

• Complete assigned administrative reporting tasks.

• Monitor performance metrics and report on progress.

• Ensure adherence to Abbott's policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (engineering) or equivalent related experience.

• Over 7 years of clinical experience in the medical device sector or a comparable background, preferably with CRM products.

• Capability to analyze and assess technologically complex devices.

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with team members.

• High level of comfort in medical environments, including laboratories and hospital settings.

• Proven track record of leading and influencing clients.

• Proficiency in preparing and delivering effective written and verbal communications.

• Familiarity with policies, operations, and procedures in the medical device industry.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
