This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage the complete delivery process of data integration, interfaces, conversions, reporting, and analytics for Provider+ implementations throughout all lifecycle stages.
• Own and oversee the integration/interface catalog, which includes all inbound and outbound data exchanges (e.g., provider enrollment, credentialing, screening, MCOs, state hubs).
• Ensure technical design integrity for interfaces, APIs, data mappings, schemas, error handling, and reconciliation, guaranteeing traceability from requirements to testing.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams on the construction/configuration/localization of integrations, conversions, and analytics pipelines; verify unit and integration test evidence before SIT.
• Establish and govern the strategy for provider data conversion and migration, which encompasses mapping, cleansing rules, loading approach, cutover sequencing, reconciliation, and acceptance criteria.
• Propel analytics and reporting readiness by ensuring datasets, feeds, semantic models, and dashboards are aligned with the source of truth and prepared for UAT and production.
• Guarantee that non-functional requirements and compliance (security, privacy, auditability, performance) are fulfilled in collaboration with Architecture and Security teams.
• Act as the main technical/data advisor to the Engagement Lead, evaluating the feasibility of requirements and supplying impact analysis and options for scope/schedule trade-offs.
• Direct client-facing delivery schedules, including recurring program-wide delivery meetings and executive-level status reports that clearly outline risks and mitigation strategies.
• Enhance technical execution quality by establishing and enforcing delivery standards, encompassing documentation, coding guidelines, peer reviews, and unit testing expectations.
• Assist with staffing and financial forecasting inputs, along with budget cycle activities necessary to maintain on-track delivery.
• Over 8 years of Management Consulting experience in Medicaid State & Local Government or Commercial Payer sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale data integration, analytics, and reporting projects with considerable scope and complexity.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities, including governance leadership and executive-level reporting.
• In-depth technical knowledge in enterprise data warehousing and BI, covering data architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, data quality, and reconciliation.
• Practical experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks or similar technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse).
• Proficient in Power BI (semantic models, dashboards, deployment practices) and advanced SQL for data analysis and automation.
• Extensive experience with system integrations and interfaces, including API-based integrations and industry standards like FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).
• Strong domain knowledge in Medicaid/MMIS provider operations, including provider enrollment, credentialing, screening, managed care integrations, and CMS reporting.
