This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Transform designs into polished, technically precise, press-ready files suitable for packaging and print.
• Implement dielines, manage file layers, and prepare files for various printing and production formats.
• Convert Figma designs into production-ready assets.
• Conduct final quality checks prior to printing.
• Ensure production files comply with vendor specifications, color standards, and substrate requirements.
• Maintain pixel-perfect alignment, proportions, margins, and layout accuracy.
• Assist in proofing, pre-press, and press check procedures.
• Collaborate with both internal and external production teams to troubleshoot and solve issues asynchronously across different time zones.
• Manage file organization for packaging assets and uphold version control.
• Develop and sustain production templates, dieline guides, and reference materials.
• Contribute to documentation and resources for onboarding.
• Oversee the brand font implementation across packaging, collateral, and print templates.
• Aid in the design and production of brand magazines and printed materials.
• Ensure artwork consistency with changing brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with graphic, structural, industrial, and CMF designers.
• Work alongside marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Take proactive ownership of the production design process and maintain open communication with U.S.-based colleagues.
• Over 12 years of experience in print and packaging production design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Solid working knowledge of Figma and capability to convert digital designs into print-ready files.
• Extensive understanding of print production, packaging materials, color management, and dielines.
• Familiar with U.S.-based printing standards and vendor workflows.
• Experience in managing system updates, such as fonts and templates across large file sets.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and consistency.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with vendors, printers, and packaging suppliers.
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling, asynchronous communication, and self-direction in a remote, cross-time-zone setting.
